Getting the Perfect Fit
A custom hat begins with the correct measurement.
Using a flexible measuring tape, wrap it around your head approximately 1/8" (3 mm) above your ears and across the middle of your forehead, exactly where you would normally wear your hat.
The tape should rest comfortably against your head without being too tight or too loose.
Once you've taken your measurement:
✔ Send us your head measurement in inches or centimeters.
OR
✔ Send us a clear photo of the measuring tape while it's around your head so we can verify the measurement before beginning your custom build.
